49 years ago a company was started and built by a
man who wanted to create a sustainable living for not only himself, but
a family business that could grow within the company/community, as well
as grow with it's customers both residential and industrial.
When Tony Czepak came to Canada (a pipe fitter by trade) from Bremen
Germany, in 1962, found that working under others created a barrier
between him and the customers, and he truly felt that he could create a
company that would make the customers needs more important than the
companies reputation. Since
the beginning
the company has grown through recommendation and its reputation
for providing all our customers high quality materials and outstanding,
reliable workmanship. Making A &J's service calls, and repairs a
comfortable experience.
Tony was able to apprentice his son Mike beneath him, to which now Mike
owns/runs the company with the same respect of his clients and morality
that his father built this company with.
